When does my pharmacy website go live?

Your website goes live immediately after you complete the store registration and activate your plan. Before making a payment, you can securely preview the store layout using a temporary preview link.

Can I connect a custom domain?

Yes. GullyRx allows you to easily point your own custom domain (e.g., www.yourpharmacyname.com) to replace the default GullyRx subdomain in the admin configuration panel.

Can customers upload prescriptions?

Yes. Patients can securely upload high-resolution prescription images or PDFs. Your registered pharmacist will view them in the dashboard to review and approve the medicine orders.

Are there any order limits on the website?

There are no lifetime order limits. However, to guarantee fast response times, the Starter, Growth, and Business plans support up to 300 active patient orders per store per day.

What if I do not have my own delivery staff?

You can disable home delivery in the store settings and keep "Store Pickup Only" enabled. If you decide to offer delivery later, you can add delivery staff accounts and set custom delivery fees.
